A dynamic pickup, awesome clarity (can’t state that enough) and bite. Great cleans too. There is a certain percussiveness to the tone which I love. Basically a hot PAF set (read these described on their boards as like the Riff Raff set on steroids), basically, I wanted something hotter than vintage, but not "Metal" as such. These nail it.
