The RX 6600XT is not good for 1440p gaming at high or max settings, it is designed for 1080p gaming. My 6600XT cannot hit 165 FPS at 1080p in most games at max settings, but 100 FPS on max settings in Control is pretty good. I think you'll be good with the RX 6600XT for GTA V.
