Not all e-rated tires are the same. I went from 275/65/18 to 295/70/18 mud tires (each tires are 30 lbs heavier than stock), and by rough preliminary calculation, I lost somewhere between 3 and 3.5 mpg. My guess is if you stay with the same size, you may lose around 2 mpg.
