WebBand steering will help, but ultimately the Eero can't force the iOS device to switch and stay at 5Mhz. One thing that will make an iOS device shy away from 5Mhz is when signal strength gets low, but the 2.4Ghz strength is good. That will make the device prefer the 2.4 signal (even though its getting stomped on constantly).
