Note: you can force your head unit to perform a soft reboot if you hold down the power/volume knob until the display notes it is rebooting (usually takes 5-10 seconds holding down the power button). They've used a horribly underpowered android device, so resets are a regular requirement (unlike a quality tablet or phone which can run for weeks without issues).
